Need some workplace covid advice -

So I currently work in an office. It’s open air but I have my own space away from everyone. It is in the owner of the company’s house - finished basement converted type deal. My coworker and I meet frequently and when we do we wear our masks. No one else here will wear one. One of the people in our office (there’s 4 total) is completely careless and brags about it all the time. I made my concern known and was granted the ability to work at home for the month of November. Now my boss made me come back in part time so like a hybrid situation. I’m back for 1 day and find out that her family members are flying in from other states to stay at her house for the holidays. I’m super uncomfortable. Last time I voiced my opinion to the owner she told me it’s just a flu and to turn the news off and reluctantly allowed me to work for home for a short period of time.

I really need some advice. Should I speak to my obgyn about disability? Should I quit? - I will be 16 weeks tomorrow and plan on quitting before I have the baby and being a SAHM. I have some issues with my adrenals and partial placenta previa which has already put me in the high risk category.
