Just found out I have eczema

Question

I’m not sure if this is best group to post this in but oh well. I just figured out this “rash” I’ve been dealing with for months is eczema and no one thought to tell me it heavily runs in my family. So now I wanna know how to get rid of it or help it idk? It’s on my neck chest and tits, when I get really stressed out it goes up my cheeks. So what do y’all use that helps you?

I’ve had severe eczema pretty much my entire life all over my body.  My biggest trigger is allergies but I also break out when I’m stressed or in cold weather.  The cerave moisturizer is probably one of the best to use if your skin is feeling dry. But I recommend you see a dermatologist and get allergy tested so that you can better understand what triggers your eczema so you can better control it. Even though I’m prone to severe eczema if i avoid what triggers it I can normally look pretty clear and with proper treatment you will too.

Random item. Psoriasis and eczema and other skin conditions often stress related, and diet related. If you cut out gluten and dairy, and you keep your stress levels at bay, your flareups will be minimal.

Not sure what stage your eczema rash is in but wash your body with in scented soap, apply ointment or lotion that will help. I use vanicream ointment and eucrecin.
