Help me

Ok so I’m 19 and a virgin still but on oct 17 i had a thing w this guy and i gave him head he came and wiped it on a blanket and then fingered me, we did this again a few days later and i think i might have been ovulating. (Was not on bc yet) I started overthinking and got scared cause i read some people can get pregs if semen touches you it doesn’t just need sex. My period came on time and i started my birth control and my period was full and lasted longer than usual 10 days and then i read abt some women getting their periods even if they were pregs. So i took 2 tests to be sure (clear blue) and they were both negative. Then i got my next period and it was lighter but I’m still nervous because i was thinking what if a trace amount touched his hand when he touched me i know i sound dumb but i just want to know if I’m overthinking I’m only nervous cause my bc has been making me nauseous and i know that’s a common side effect it just scared me. All my friends are saying I’m dumb and have nothing to worry abt but I’ve still been scared what do y’all think

Update: I’m fine! My overthinking just sent me over but I’m all good not a mommy to be but we knew that already
