Infection

My belly button piercing is infected, i’ve had it since summer. I clean it 3 times a day with cleansing water and I use a cream with antibiotics in it from my doctor. I’m also five months pregnant, and I use a maternity piercing. I really don’t want to take it out because then the hole will close 😰 any tips on how to get the infection away faster? Its a little better now than it was, but I want it gone fast.. it’s bleeding a little and some discharge is coming out.
