How do i let someone down easy?

So i’ve talked to this guy before and he still hasn’t got the hint. So a little background, he likes me in all ways, i’ve told him before that i just don’t find him attractive, he isn’t my type but i’d be more then happy to be his friend.

He always says stuff like, i’m gonna wife you up, calls me baby, etc. I’ve asked him nicely to not call me baby bc i’m not his gf, i’m not into him and it makes me uncomfortable. He just doesn’t get the hint and what not. He always wants to hangout, which i understand friends hangout, but i don’t feel comfortable enough to even hangout with him. Plus, i’ve been working like crazy bc of the holidays.

When i tell him, please don’t call me that, please don’t say that stuff it makes me uncomfortable, he changes the topic real quickly, then will proceed to do it hours later. I’m not quite sure how to get the point across to him, in a nicely matter. I’ve tried being nice for as long as i can but he just seems to not understand. I’ve blocked him numerous times, ive blocked his number, snap, i even took him off facebook.

I must’ve unblocked him and he added me a few months ago, but i thought he’d still get the hint to not say those things to me. I’m 19 and he’s 22, so it’s not like it’s weird but he just doesn’t know when to stop. He just keeps trying to date me and i’m like i don’t want to date you, please get the hint, you’re not my type, i’m not attracted to you in anyway, shape or form.

Any advice would help. He’s getting very annoying atp and i’ve tried to be nice but now it’s getting on my nerves.
