Tics after vaccines

So I’m here being vulnerable about what I’m experiencing, if anybody can relate please help me understand. For any non- vaxxers please refrain from negative comments.

My son was vaccinated on November 18th, November 23rd we noticed some involuntary head movements like a head nod he didn’t mean, doctor said to not worry yet since he’s young but said it could be Tics.

It’s been going on for a while now and it’s consistent when he’s tired and or just playing...

Idk what to do or how to feel or what to think, I’m going to take him to a neurologist next month.

Could it be due to his vaccine that caused this to start happening ?
