Help! Pic TMI. I think I might have a yeast infection

So a little over a month ago I went to doctor and she said I had a yeast infection. It went away. Now I think I have another. I have burning when peeing, swelling, itching and lots of discharge. She also tested me for std’s and I was negative for all. This time my discharge is clumpy. It’s so weird. Y’all think it’s another yeast infection?

Edit: I’m married so it’s not like I’ve slept with anyone else. Unless my husband cheated. Also we’re trying for another baby. Not sure if I’m pregnant this month. I gave 5 days until my period. Oh and it doesn’t smell to me.
