15 Weeks- Excessive Urination and Unable to Empty Bladder All the Way

So I’m 15 weeks and for the last week and a half I have the urge to pee constantly. Every time I go, I never feel full relieved or that I’ve emptied my bladder all the way. I’ll sit for awhile trying to push out every last drop, only to get up and feel the need to pee again almost immediately.

I’ve already been tested for a UTI and it came back negative. What the heck is wrong with me?! It’s to the point where I feel like I’m on the toilet most of the day and it keeps me up at night 😭
