Has anyone else experienced spotting for a couple days?

Last year, I had a miscarriage and I was about 6 weeks. And now I’m back pregnant and i think I am about 4 to 5 weeks. My doctor wouldn’t see me until I am 6 to 8 weeks so I haven’t been to the doctor but this week I started having a light spot but it isn’t all day. And the top of my back mostly has been hurting. I do cramp or feel pressure in my pelvis from time to time. Just wondering does anyone else experience this?

I did have this around 5-6 weeks in my last pregnancy. Not really cramping but did have spotting. This was also following a miscarriage and as I had no symptoms I was very distraught and anxious. I did go for an early ultrasound and even got to hear the heartbeat then! Turns out I have a friable cervix which didn’t affect my pregnancy, baby is almost 12 months old now. Spotting is quite common in pregnancy, but I would call your dr back and mention that you’re worried about it. Good luck to you ❤️
