Feeling unnoticeable

Seems like after my bf found out I was pregnant he started to slowly loose interest . We were always very careful and I never wanted this either. But it happened. He comes home from work and stays in the other room. I just came home after 6 hours from Christmas shopping and he hasnt acknowledged that I’m home. He opened the gate for me after waiting 5 minutes in the cold I wouldn’t usually complain but it’s like bro you been doing your thing for hours . And then he asked what I bought and that’s it . He completely disregarded how I told him it went and shut down my conversation. I went to the kitchen to eat the food I brought and he just hopped on video games. I don’t feel noticed or loved anymore. If I tell him how I feel he’ll just tell me “ if you’re not happy just leave then” and idk what to even do with that because if he wanted to validate how I feel he would. Idk how to feel. I can’t keep trying to buy his love anymore , I even spent 250 on a gaming monitor we went and picked out and yet no appreciation.
