What menstrual cup do you prefer?
I have recently been thinking about switching over to a menstrual cup instead of using tampons because they tend to dry me out and are just very uncomfortable. I am 17, have never used a menstrual cup before, and have a semi-heavy flow. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations and tips for using one. I was also wondering if it is okay to use them at night while sleeping? I tend to get bad rashes on my behind and down my thighs during my period from my pads and want to avoid using them if possible.
