C section pain

I had a c section 6 weeks ago and if I touch my stomach like above c section all the way to my belly button its sooo sore I dnt remember this with my first baby . I feel my stomach also little hard when I press on. Is it still my utrues not back to it size or ...? Also is it normal to still be sore when I gently touch my belly ??

What abt sex? Is 6 weeks good time for it or no
