For 4 months I've been getting my birth control from Walmart cause I don't have insurance atm. $24 for 3/mo
Well I moved out of state recently and I have two refills left so I need to call and ask them to transfer it to a walmart were I live now.
I'm very bad at phone calls and overthink everything so I end up sounding awkward. What do I say when I call?

I’ve never called for that. I just take my empty case with the prescription info on it to my new pharmacy and ask them to transfer it to this new location. Never been an issue. I use Target though.

Just tell them that you moved to a new state and need to transfer your current script at (specific Walmart) to this Walmart. I’m not sure what info they will need to have to be able to do that though but since it’s from one Walmart to another it shouldn’t be a big deal. Try writing down what you need to say before you call, it may help.

Literally what you just typed here lol. Tell them you just moved here and need to transfer your script from the old Walmart to the new one. They will ask you questions from there to get it sorted out
