Would you confront?

My boyfriend wanted me to read his social security hearing for him to see if he was approved or not. While I was going through it I came across a part that said my boyfriend states that about 2 weeks prior to the hearing he took Fentanyl. The meeting was at the end of October of this year. My boyfriend is an addict but I was under the impression that he’s been clean for almost a year and that he only tried Fentanyl once. I don’t know if it was a mistake or not but I’m panicking now and I don’t know if I should confront him or not. The only person I know that he could have gotten Fentanyl from is his toxic upstairs neighbor who got him hooked on meth who he swore to me he cut off all contact with after I told him it was me or drugs. About 6 months ago I found out he was still texting her so I made an ultimatum once again and he showed me that she was blocked and still swears to me that she is. Would you confront?
