⚠️DISCLAIMER ⚠️
•Every baby is different ! I’m Only sharing what has worked for me through the years ! With my last two babies so let’s get into it’
❤️
•Advice and what works for me•
⚠️⚠️My honest advice is with everything else ALLOW BABY TO SHOW YOU THEIR READY ! A lot of people forcefully try to put babies in their cribs force them to be alone let them cry it out alone and it just creates and very stressful environment for you and baby this puts in babies head TO ME that naps are scary and being alone is scary and watching mama walk out is scary and it leaves baby with no sense of comfort. So let me break down what I do in the beginning 😌
❤️ NAPS ! This is very very important when your LO gets ready to take a nap allow them to get sleepy when you see them falling asleep or can’t stay up make them a little comfortable spot right next to you I’ll pop a picture up below to show you what I’
m talking about but lay them down and allow them to see you and fall asleep knowing your there it allows them a sense of comfort never lay your baby down while they are screaming showing signs that they are scared or not wanting to sleep. Comfort your child it’s okay! Let Naps be lead by your baby not you . I had to learn that the very first time if they don’t show you their sleepy interact with them do little activities save the stress DONT FORCE IT !
Comfort spot

❤️AGE🌻 I recommend you start at 6 months this is when babies are figuring out the world around them and will be very excited to learn independent things (My LO lets me know mama you are not holding me while I sleep 😂) also my LO showed me signs end of 5 months going into 6 that he was ready ! 6 months to me is a very important time to allow your baby to figure out how to relax which goes into the next thing

🌻Routine❤️ MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A ROUTINE I cannot stress this enough! And make the routine LIMITED ! Unlike nap time you want baby to sleep and not wake up so if you want to bond alittle longer with baby do it at bath time
After bath time Feed baby and allow baby to fall asleep breastfeeding mamas this may be the time you introduce bottles formula babies this goes for both lay baby down not straight on their back but in a boppy you can hold the bottle or prop bottle up however you want and allow baby that moment of independence to wind down and also have a full tummy sometimes babies don’t fall asleep after feedings and that’s okay but here were you want to get alittle strict if baby is not sleep after this lay baby down and if baby isn’t crying leave baby alone
