Would you find it weird if your brothers GF looked like you?

When I first saw her face I kinda just stared at her because I saw a resemblance to me and I thought I was crazy or that I was being conceited or something but then the entire family pointed it out.

I need to know if this is a somewhat normal thing, please.

She acts like me, sounds like me, and carries herself like me. I have never seen a girl SO MUCH LIKE ME. If we were to lie and say we were sisters, we’d pass for sisters. She even dresses like me. This has all been repeated and acknowledged by family as well, like we are all very aware that he somehow found a girl just like his sister to date.

Nobody is saying anything about it because she’s a nice girl, we think she is really good for him. He is happy and that’s really what matters.

But oh my god. It’s weirding me out... even our dimples.. when she smiles she has the same dimples in the corner of her mouth that I have when I smile.

I was reading about it and this CAN Be considered a normal thing for people to date people that look like themselves and their family because we subconsciously think that our genes are superb and want to pass them on. It has nothing to do with being attracted to your own family.

But my brother and myself, we are not genetically related. We look nothing alike but we were raised together and are siblings so maybe this theory still counts? I’m hoping. Because I can’t help but feel weird

Especially since my whole family talked about it and felt weird about it too
