Belli is safe for pregnancy. It isn’t as good as benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, but it’s something at least! My favorite spot treatment (pregnant or not) is actually frankincense oil. A little goes a long way, but it clears your pimples without over drying. I also like the Elizabeth Arden Superstart probiotic cleanser to give your pores a deep cleaning.
