Constant urge to pee 12 weeks

For the past 5 days I’ve had this annoying urge to pee. But the feeling is very low, like my urethra. It seems to come and go throughout the day. It seems the worst at night. I’m constantly worried about a uti. But my doctor cultured urine a month ago for similar sensations and came out negative . And I just had an appointment Tuesday and I am pretty sure they dipsticked my urine. ALSO took my own azo uti test and it was negative. SO am I over reacting lol? Is this really a normal thing during pregnancy because it is so uncomfortable and frustrating. Thanks in advance!
