Bending over

Does your job require a lot of bending over? If so, how did you deal when you reached that point when bending over became painful and uncomfortable. I’m 6 months and have started feeling discomfort and asked if I could switch to something that doesn’t require much bending or if they had a solution where I could get the job done without have to constantly keep bending over and I have to get a doctors note. I have no problem getting that for them except I have to wait until the new year to get in to see my doctor. Is anyone else dealing with anything like this?
