Pimples down there???

I have never gotten one down there ever in my life, I was scared that it was something else and had my bf look at it lol and he did confirm it was normal and it was a pimple, I also got tested recently so I know it’s not anything else. But I’m 35 weeks and lately I keep getting one pimple at the same spot and it hurts. What did you guys do to help the pain or help it go down
