When do you call for pain?

I know pain in back and belly is kind of normal since your body is growing and changing, but where do you draw the line and call the doctor?

I've talked to them before about some pain and get told look for bleeding or if you think water is leaking but I have neither but I have pain in my entire back constantly that sometimes gets worse randomly. Also I've been having belly pain that sometime is low and feels almost like braxton but last night and this morning was more just actual pain all over.

I don't really do a whole lot during the day as far as moving around or lifting things.

Just looking for advice. TIA

Didn't have this back pain with other babies and I don't want to over react.
