Safe medicines

Hi all! I am currently under the whether right now(not with covid). I am not coughing sneezing or showing any other cold symptoms other than stuffy/runny nose so it’s leading me to think I may just be having some sinus issues, which I heard can be normal in pregnancy. My mom said she had it with both me and my brother but we are grown and she can’t remember what she used. I was just wondering if anyone else dealt with this and what were some safe medicines you were able to take. To get me through the night I just use a nasal spray which I would like to stop using as I can’t stand spraying stuff up my nose😂 this is my first pregnancy and I’m 10wks today so I’m new to what I can and can’t use. Have an appointment Wednesday so I will talk to my dr, just wanted to get advice from some moms/soon to be moms. Any suggestions are great thanks!
