Extreme hair loss

Ok, my baby is 3 months and my hair loss is extreme at this point, is causing me anxiety and depression, it’s so bad that I have to wear a scarf on my head all day long because my hair gets everywhere, any one else going through this? How did you deal with it?, I always had a massive amount of hair but now is not even half of what I used to have, I will attach some pictures
