Baby Acne?

This “acne” has gotten worse by the day. Is this baby acne?? and how do I get rid of it? He will be 2 weeks old tomorrow!  He was perfect 3 days ago and now covered in this acne..makes me so sad..I hope it doesn’t hurt him! I’m a first time mom, any help from you mommies out there would be greatly appreciated!

Try this balm

My baby had an awful rash around 5 weeks. Breast milk didn’t help in our case. But this balm from Target cleared it within a week! 
This is what it looked like 😢 at its worst.

Have you tried rubbing breast milk with a soft cloth on his face? Breast milk works wonders

Ouch, poor little guy 😟 looks like he has an especially bad case of baby acne. My daughter got it badly out of the blue all of the sudden like that too.

I just did my best to keep her face/head washed and oil free, and I applied breastmilk a couple times a day. It took a week or so but it finally calmed down. 
Sorry your little guy has to go through that!
