Ferrous Sulfate 325?

So I got my lab results and my hemoglobin is low due to my iron and the Dr wants me to start taking Ferrous Sulfate 325. Any suggestions on what supplements to go for? 
Honestly, I would prefer not to take anything but seems like it's hard to get the iron I need from just food alone.

Nature Made has a cheap bottle at Target. Its like $6.99. My dr prescribes me my iron so I just get mine from the pharmacy.

I think if your blood work shows you need it, then not taking it would be more harmful. You can ask your doctor or the pharmacist for recommendations when you go to buy some. I took some while pregnant and I believe I took nature made. There isn’t anything wrong with taking the supplement if your doctor says you need it.

Also look up iron and C-vitamin rich foods and eat plenty of in addition to taking the pills!
