Eating less but still bloating!
I've been eating a lot less because I get a bit averse to the food after I've finished less than half of it. I try to eat some crackers in between meals as well, but my bloat is SO BAD that I look way further along than I am (6w2d). I can't even fit comfortably into so many of my clothes.
Has anyone experienced the same? What helped you relieve the bloating?
