I’m looking for a good brand of myo-inositol to regulate my periods. I don’t want to take birth control again (I’ve been off of it for about 2 years now.) and my last few periods have lasted 3 weeks, off for 2 weeks, and then started again. This cycle, I’ve been bleeding nonstop for a month. Today specifically, I was Christmas shopping with my fiancé and had to come home because it got extremely heavy very quickly and I was getting lightheaded. The cramps are so bad right now. My only problem is I don’t really want drink powder mixes, and I have a hard time taking capsules. I prefer tablets, or the caplets, but I despise capsules. Anyone have brands that worked well for them, and what did it do for you?
