Driving myself crazy already

We just started TTC again for #2. I had a miscarriage in July of this year so this will be my 3rd pregnancy. I am 2 DPO and my urine has a strange smell and my breasts are a bit tender. I also was very crampy on my ovulation day. This is very similar to last time I was pregnant and miscarried. But it took us over a year to conceive baby #1 so I don’t want to get my hopes up. I’m just starting this journey and I already can hardly sleep at night. Would love to hear from others!
