Phantom smells?!!!!!??!!

I’m 6 weeks 1 day and I keep randomly smelling sour milk and sometimes I can smell vomit on my hands even though I’ve not been sick even after washing them!!! Am I the only one?! I never had this with my first it’s driving me insane 😩 it’s making my nausea worse to the point I think I might be sick but haven’t just have the feeling I am till the smell stops 😭

I’m 6+6 and swear on my life my bedroom smells like cheese but no one else smells it. I’ve had my friends come in my room and smell it and they smell nothing. My husband smells nothing. Our noses get hella weird we get pregnant lol

Yes! I keep smelling something rancid. It’s driving me crazy. I ask my husband if he can smell it and he can’t. I’ve scrubbed everything. I’ve bought smell goods for the house and can’t smell them but can still smell the nasty smell.
