Crying Baby

Hi I have a premie baby. She just had her birthday and from then she is been crying early morning at 4am for the everyday. It’s been four days now and from the same spot. She is sleeping with me and my husband only. I offered her milk but she refused. I checked her stomach, it’s all fine. I don’t know why. Please let me know if you have experienced anything like this. Help me moms.
