Help please

This is me and my husbands first month ttc. I have PCOS, but have gotten all of my periods this year and have tracked them all as well. According to my app I ovulated sometime between the 13th-16th. Yesterday my boobs starting feeling really sore and my nipples sore to the touch. I’ve been having very light cramping in my pelvic region. Today I had a good bit of EWCM when I wiped. Obviously I know it’s still really early, but could this be implantation? Could I have ovulated earlier? Or is this ovulation? My period is due the 30th according to my app. TIA
