Implantation bleeding, have you experienced it?

I feel like pregnancy apps have blown implantation bleeding completely out of proportion as research suggests only 15-25% of women in early pregnancies experience implantation bleeding

Implantation bleeding is a myth. It has not been proven by research. When a blastocyst attaches itself to the uterine wall it’s so freakin tiny that it just can’t displace enough tissue to cause visible bleeding. If it did, because blastocysts are universal in size, it would be a very common occurrence. 
What most people mistake as implantation bleeding is called luteal phase spotting, most likely caused by a secondary estrogen surge (the first being the one that triggered the LH surge, which triggers ovulation). When estrogen rises in the luteal phase, progesterone drops a bit. When progesterone drops we shed a little bit of uterine lining aka blood. Because hormones are weird and they vary cycle to cycle and person to person, it doesn’t happen every cycle and some people never experience it. It happens in both pregnant and non pregnant cycles.

My implantation bleeding happened on the same day I got a vvvvfl, and it was more like a little bit of brown discharge when I wiped. Only lasted like maybeee 1 day. It wasnt actual bleeding.

Out of the 6 times I’ve been pregnant (all chemicals) I experienced it one time. It was a huge blob of sticky cm tinged like a rust color once when I wiped & that was it. Got my vfl 4 days later.
