Help!!!

I got my nose pierced and I was cleaned it multiple times during the day. It started to get a red bump like a pimple it was small so I cleaned it more. But it got worse so I thought maybe it’s from the jewelry so I took it out the bump hasn’t went down any. I’m still cleaning it everyday any idea how to make it go down and what to do.
