So I’ve been experiencing pain at the base of my skull on the right side, the pain radiates to my right eye causing a very uncomfortable headache. The pain initially started when I was weight lifting, I must have moved wrong or something, then just the way my head or neck is bent when looking at my phone made the pain 10000 % worse. Now I’ve been taking Advil every 6 hours for the past 3 days just to ease the pain.

Has anyone ever experienced something similar? Any tips on anything that will help?
