Taking care of toddler after having baby

I'm due march 13th & I've been worried if I'll be able to pick up my 26 month old toddler after giving birth? How I'm going to split up my time between both of them so that my toddler doesnt feel like I abandoned her or jealous? Especially since I'll be pumping for new baby.
