I’m 2.5cm and 75 effaced, I always go in labor early but I’m upset that my fiancé can’t get on fmla early even tho my pregnancy is high risk. we have 2 other kids together and we got lucky that last pregnancy he was off of work but now he has work and due to covid his schedule is crazy and works 12 hour shifts and he has only one sick day to use and he is saving it for when I fully go into labor.. does anyone think a doctors note will help 🤣😭
