I'm 24 weeks and 2 days...

Had a growth scan today and I have higher than normal amniotic fluid levels, I'm measuring two weeks ahead due to the amount of fluid. The cavity in the babies kidneys is bigger than it should be, and there are two bright spots in/on his abdomen...

My ob is sending me to a high risk doctor within the next few weeks whenever they can get me in.

Tips? Advice? Experiences? They didn't notice any of this during my anatomy scans.
