Fluid pocket on c section incision

Has anyone had this happen? I’m 9 weeks pp from my first c section and I’ve got this spot that sort of bubbled up. Since I am plus size I was given a special silver dressing to keep infection away and about 2 weeks after my c section a spot did open a little bit then healed perfectly. 2 days ago in that spot a fluid pocket bubble appeared. I sent pics to my Ob who said to let it drain but don’t manipulate it and don’t drain it myself. So confusing. So I put a giant bandage on it and left it alone. Tonight I was planning to change the dressing and realized it did burst. The fluid was kind of oily and smelled kinda sweaty. I don’t have any pain that I know of but I’m also completely numb there. I just sent pics of it bursted to my ob so I’ll see what they have to say.

My question is has this happened to anyone else? Does it seem like a seroma? Thanks!
