Second Trimester Spotting

Had to call my doctors office this morning after noticing some heavier spotting and just having overall weird cramps. I’m 13 weeks and they have been monitoring an ovarian cyst so maybe it ruptured.

But it was weird to me how the lady on the phone tried telling me “you don’t get ovarian cysts during pregnancy” and well , I have one.

I go for an ultrasound later today and have been told to stay on bed rest. I’m trying so hard to not let my anxiety get the best of me.

Anybody go through anything similar?
