Fibroids treament!?

Hello ladies! I have 6 fibroids found on ultrasound recently, all mixed submucosal, subserosal and less than 2cm. I also had a Kyleena coil inserted last year. I got married recently and we are planning to have a baby in the next 2 years, not currently due to geographical and work reasons. My question is if anyone knows what will be my treatment options for fibroid treatment with the plan of future pregnancy? Is it worth to remove a coil and use another kind of contraceptive? I would appreciate anyone’s advice on similar situation as mine? Xx
