Is it like we get 2000 or nothing at all ....
Or 2000 or 600? 
Because he stated he didn’t want to sign unless it was 2000

Nope. Not yet. The bill states $600 per eligible person. Trump "wants" $2000 per eligible person or $4000 per eligible couple but thats doubtful. He had MONTHS to say that and decided to keep quite until he was presented with a bill... he's stalling.

He was originally on board with $600, but since he got voted out he needs to do something to leave the white house with a positive note so started pushing for $2k. But the rest of the Republicans are pretty much saying fuck no so now they're still bickering about a compromise and at this rate I don't see anything happening for months

If you want to know more about what is in the bill, you can actually look at the whole thing online. It’s 5500 pages. 
I can understand not wanting to read all that ( I wouldn’t either) but you can find reliable condensed information from reputable news sources such as the Associated Press.

At this point, he refuses to sign it.
Many senators and representatives have already gone home for the holidays, so not sure about getting the bill amended. 
At this point, we are all getting nothing. They either need to change the bill and vote on it again, or he needs to sign the current one.
