Any LO’s crawling yet?

He wants to crawl so bad!!!! I’m not sure what I can do to encourage it? What are you mamas doing to encourage baby to crawl/scoot?

My son has been army crawling for the last week or 2 and started actually crawling 2 days ago.  I just kept putting him on the floor so he could practice.

My little bug is crawling, and that was purely in her own. She started by just rocking back and forth while on her hands and knees. Then, after falling face-first several times, just took off. Be careful what you wish for, now she's climbing on the crib rail and rolling off the changing mat and leaving buttnaked (I do it on the floor). I was not ready for this so soon.
Supposedly, me and my husband were early crawlers, so maybe it's a hereditary thing.

The only thing you can do to encourage them is put toys just out of their reach, get down on the floor in front of them and try to get them to crawl towards it! But really, they will do it in their owl time 🤗

Yes! When your baby is trying to crawl or wants to get something out of reach, put your hands or forearm behind baby’s feet so he has something to push off if. Do this when his legs are bent. Usually one leg is bent and you can put your hand behind it and he’ll push off!
