Pain in labia but don’t want to waste doctors time

So my labia has been swollen and red for about 4 days now.. also have some thick discharge. I think it’s a yeast infection and I also had medication for it but it keeps coming back. My labia is so red and sore I can’t even sit or walk without pain.. whenever I go doctors they just give me a pessary and within a week it’s back again.. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m 26 weeks pregnant I’ve been getting reoccurring thrush and they keep giving me pessarys..
