Kegels?

Anyone else told to do Kegels? Are you doing them? I keep forgetting. 🤷🏼‍♀️😬

Were you told at your pp appt? My dr said, do some kegels & you'll be all set! at my 6 week pp. I KNOW something felt more off though & asked about a referral to a pelvic floor therapist & she said it was unnecessary. I went home feeling very down.
Called back & demanded to see a different doctor. This one was super understanding & correctly diagnosed me with a bladder prolapse & rectocele that "just doing kegels" won't fix. The first doctor saw these things & completely ignored them. 
If you feel like something is off, check it out with a mirror & ask your doctor. I started following pelvic floor therapist on Instagram & they have great exercises for PP.
