Protein and working out. You can’t just gain you have to exercise or it just turns to fat so I’d say start with protein shakes everyday and 3days of sit-ups push ups and squats

There’s a calculator online you can use that will tell you how many calories you need to take in a day in order to gain/ maintain weight or whatever you want to do, so I recommend trying that out. Eating regularly and eating enough is very important, and unless you’re working out regularly consuming too much protein just turns to sugar, but if you are wokring out that’s a good way to put on healthy weight with protein. ALSO, if you are still in high school or younger!! I dealt with the same problem. I ate plenty, but I was just still growing and my metabolism was super high, so I was very skinny for my first 2 years of high school, until my body finally caught up with itself. So yeah, I’ll just say eat a large but healthy breakfast, snack (try ti make these healthy bc they can easily become junk) throughout the day/ between meals), good size lunch and dinner, you know. Just regular and good, filling, healthy foods.
