Ok so stomach pain..

Soooo, I have this sharp stabbing pain that keeps going from side to side every once in a while, just started today .. I’m so bloated but I feel like because everything I ate today and I haven’t went number two (tmi sorry) but I’ve never felt constipation pain before so I’m not sure if it is this or should I go to er ? My stomach has been bubbling & also I have been passing gas here & there 😩 idek I’m 14 weeks 1 day.
