Can you get pregnant after a ectopic?

Right now I am at the ER because I have bad lower stomach pain and back pain spotting and I was told I might be having another ectopic pregnancy this would be my 2nd one. Would I be able to have a normal healthy pregnancy with my next and what should I do to TTC with my next?

It tube could be scarred or have blockages. Drs should be able to answer this with next steps
