Hi! I'm new to bbt tracking... I'm on month 2 of ttc baby #3 & I'm currently 7dpo but have a feeling I'm out this month. I want to start tracking temperature next month because I'm still breastfeeding and although I have a period I'm not 100% if I'm ovulating! So can someone please explain the whole temp tracking and how it works?
P.s. I'm tracking ovulation as well!
