So I’ve had my IUD for a year and my periods were normal at first but now they’re coming late and also they last a long time I’ve had my period for 8 days counting today idk what to do 🤦🏻‍♀️ 
Update: I’m not trying to conceive he does cum in me tho but I don’t want anymore kids I have a almost 2 yr old n I’m done 🥲 Im 20btw but maybe they’re something wrong with me because I do feel tired all the time and sleep a lot.

There’s a bunch of stuff that can cause late periods, I wouldn’t worry. But cal your OB after the holidays, for sure.

Are you TTC? If not you can go to your GP and ask for the birth control pill for a few months. It should regulate your period. But also as you get older your cycles do change. When I was very young 12years old. I had my period for 12 days and then had a 28 day cycle. I did that for a year until I just couldn't keep up with iron deficiency. I took the pill for 3 months and then had still a 28day cycle but only 5 days period until I got pregnant with 18.
After that I had a 29 day cycle with 7 day period until I had my third child with 23. Since then I've had a 24-29 day cycle (so a little less regular) with 8 day period.

I had super weird periods with the IUD. You could contact your OB and ask.
