Mostly just shocked and laughing like I cant believe this is real! 😅 We are new parents and I posted a picture of my cute tree with the gifts on my fb. We have roughly 20-30 gifts total(that includes mine and husbands gifts, mostly small and couple big ones for toddlers). We stopped buying gifts for the kids a while back because I figured we bought plenty. Well Im scrolling fb and notice EVERYONE has like 100 big a** gifts! 😂😳 I mean gifts taking up so much space. It looks like We didnt get anything for our kids under our tree lol Our tree looks very, very modest. Am I missing something? I grew up very poor and my mom always made sure we had a good Christmas and I always thought we got a lot of gifts. Idk maybe times changed and everyone goes crazy?

We are not poor by any means just didnt see the point in buying so many gifts. Is there some parent code/trend we need to hop on here? Lol
